Made to order shirts/sweatshirts:
Each item is handmade , just for you! With that said, we do not accept returns/exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, such as it being damaged /defective or incorrect item received, please contact us via email, with photos attached, within 72 hours of receiving it. If not notified within 72 hours, we are not responsible. Should your item be damaged/defective or incorrect, you will receive a pre-paid return label via email for you to send your item back. It is the customer’s responsibility to package and print the pre-paid label. Once item is received back a refund with store credit will be issued. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, tag attached (if item had tag), scent free, pet hair free, and smoke free !
If for any other reason your order should be exchanged or sent back that is NOT at the fault of Southern Shirt Shack, customer will be responsible for returned shipping. Store credit will be issued on any and all returns.
Orders WILL NOT be cancelled or altered once placed, Including size and item change. Please be sure of sizing before placing your order. Most of our items are unisex and true to size. Southern Shirt Shack is not responsible for incorrect sizing. We do not offer exchanges/returns for different sizing as each shirt is made to order & final sale. The turnaround time on all made to order items is up to 14 BUSINESS DAYS. Business days only include days Monday-Friday and exclude holidays & personal vacation days. Our turnaround time is listed several places throughout our website, Please take note of it before placing your order. Orders will not be cancelled while processing due to not receiving it sooner.
Sale/Mystery/Oopsie items are all FINAL SALE.
Ready to ship/boutique items:
Ready to ship items will ship within 2-7 business days (M-F). If your order consists of ready to ship items and made to order items, your order will ship in the turnaround time of the made to order item(21 business days), or you may place two separate orders of ready to ship and made to order to receive your ready to ship item sooner. Same applies for pre-order items purchased with RTS and made to order items.
Should you need to return an item such and pants, jeans, shorts or shoes, please reach out via email (southernshirtshack@yahoo.com) to let us know. Items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving. Once your return has been received, you will be issued a store credit for the cost of the item. Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed and store credit to be issued. We do not offer exchanges as we do not keep a lot of boutique items in stock where they sell out fast. Shipping fees will not be refunded and return shipping is at the responsibility of the customer. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, tagged attached (if item had tag), scent free, pet hair free, and smoke free ! If items are found to have been worn, damaged or any reason listed above making it not returnable, customer will receive invoice for return shipping. If return shipping is not paid within 5 business days, item will be donated to charity of our choice.
We reserve the right to decline any items returned to Southern Shirt Shack that seem to have been worn, have had the tags removed or are received after the return period. Item(s) will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If postage to return the item(s) is not paid within 7 days of receiving/processing return, the item(s) will be donated.
Due to a national shirt shortage, some colors may not always be available. In the event that a specific color is out of stock in your size, your item may be a shade lighter or shade darker than item pictured. However, we will always do what we can to shop around for the exact color!
*** If you purchase an item that we have had for a while, it could be updated to a DTF print rather than sublimation. Photo may show a sublimated item that would now be used as DTF.
PUFF PRINTS:
Some cracking may occur in the print. It is best to hand wash/hang dry puff print items.
Chenille Patch items:
hand wash/hang dry only
*we are not responsible for chenille patch items after being worn or washed. If your item arrives defective you must contact us with 3 days of delivery. If your patch happens to lift we recommend pressing with an iron. We very seldomly have patches to adhere after being worn or washed.
Q: My package got lost or stolen. What should I do about it?
A: If your package is lost or stolen you must contact your local carrier. Southern Shirt Shack is NOT responsible for your merchandise once it is shipped out.
If we receive your package returned back to us or marked as non deliverable, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for postage for your item to be re-delivered. Please be sure all addresses are correct upon ordering. Refunds will not be issued due to items being non deliverable.
Southern Shirt Shack reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
